3. What is a Promo-Code?
When we send out promotional offers we attribute a Promo-Code to each. Sometimes this code determines if you are eligible for a gift or a discount, at other times it may just be to track the source of an order. Your Promo-Code can be entered in the Shopping Basket on this web site.

4. I do not reside in the United States or Canada. What should I know before ordering?
If you live outside of North-America it is possible to order by contacting us at lhop@imavision.com or by calling us at 514-333-7635.
Our VHS and DVD titles are in NTSC format. The DVDs are Zones 1-6. You can pay for your order by Visa or MasterCard.
Shipping charges depend on weight, the type of service you choose, and the destination.
Allow 1-3 weeks for delivery by Air and 2-6 weeks if you choose Ground.

5. How soon will I receive my order?
On average, for Canadian destinations you should allow for 3 to 5 days, for US destinations allow for 4 to 8 days.

The amount charged for shipping is determined by the destination.

7. Will I be charged taxes and duties?
Canadian Orders automatically include all applicable Federal and Provincial taxes. No duties are charged for shipments within Canada.
U.S. Orders will not be subject to taxes or duty.

8. What is your return policy?
We offer a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If the item you receive is damaged or defective you may return it for exchange. Simply fill out the return form enclosed in your order, and mail it with the original invoice and the defective item to the address indicated on the form. Contact us at lhop@imavision.com or call us at 514-333-7635 if you need assistance. Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling costs when you return product.
All returns must be postmarked no later than 60 days after the order is placed.
Your invoice must accompany your returned item in order for us to accept the exchange.

10. How do I go about canceling an order?
You have up to 6 hours after placing your order to cancel it. Simply send an e-mail to lhop@imavision.com, indicate your name and the order number that appears on the order confirmation you received by e-mail.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY
IMAVISION.COM uses contact and financial information to process your orders and to send you the merchandise you have ordered, or to send you information you have requested regarding our special promotions. We also require this information in order to contact you if we have any questions on your order, or for the purposes of answering any of your questions. Your postal address will be used for deliveries, and for credit card approval. We use online surveys to learn more about topics and products of interest to our visitors.
We use information gathered from contests and surveys to improve our web site and for marketing purposes. If you complete and submit a form with your postal address, you will be added to our mailing list. If you indicated you wish to receive emails and you complete and submit a form with your email address, you will be added to our email list to receive occasional emails from us. You can always opt-out from the e-mail you received or send an e-mail to lhop@imavision.com and mention that you do not want to receive promotional materials from IMAVISION.COM.
We will not disclose financial information to anyone other than credit institutions necessary to confirm and verify your credit and to process any order transaction(s).
We will only contact you by telephone or by email if we have a specific question or problem with your order or you have contacted us for any reason that requires us to get in touch with you or if you have signed up to receive our email newsletters.
Cookies: “Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such as welcoming you back to our site using your name and storing items in your shopping cart. SECURITY
Our site uses the Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) protocol to maintain a very high level of security. Your credit card information will be safe when you place an order at IMAVISION.COM. This means that you will never have to pay any money related to unauthorized charges to your credit card account, if those charges result from a transaction at IMAVISION.COM. The bottom line is that you are always protected when you shop at our site.
Here is how the guaranty works: If you are ever a victim of credit card fraud, the Fair Credit Act specifies that your credit card company can hold you liable for no more than fifty dollars ($50.00) in fraudulent charges to your account. At IMAVISION.COM, you will be reimbursed for any amount up to fifty dollars ($50.00) billed to you by your credit card company for unauthorized charges to your account, if those charges result from an order you have placed on our secure server. For this protection, you must promptly notify your credit card company of any fraudulent charges and follow the procedure for doing so as outlined in your credit card agreement.
