This brand new innovative form of Yoga draws on the
techniques and postures of Hatha Yoga. The techniques,
postures and movements are specially designed to produce
toned muscles, improve your posture, enhance relaxation
and reduce stress and generally assist you to take more
control of your body.

this programme. Inch Loss Yoga is designed to be accessible
to all, with variations of postures, you can choose which

Introduction to Tai Chi Chi Kung
Tai Chi Chi Kung is a harmonious interaction of body, mind
and spirit. Focussing on the flow of Chi energy through
and around the body, a series of ancient movements and
routines will help you calm yourself, relax or concentrate
your physical strength and collect your spiritual strength
to cope with a stressfull or indeed, energetic situation. Tai
Chi Chi Kung is a combination of movements and meditation
techniques whose fundamental roots can be traced back
to China and is still widely practised on a regular basis there.
