How do I go about canceling an order?
You have up to 6 hours after placing your order to cancel it. Simply send an e-mail to info@imavision.com, indicate your name and the order number that appears on the order confirmation you received by e-mail. You can also call customer service at 514-333-7635 from Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM Eastern Time.
Returning a product
We offer a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If the item you receive is damaged or defective you may return it for exchange.
Return from Canada
Contact customer service at 514-333-7635 or by e-mail at info@imavision.com. We will send you a prepaid stamp to return the product to us. When we receive your package we will replace the defective or damaged item.
Return from United States
Simply fill out the return form enclosed in your order, and mail it with the original invoice and the defective item to the address indicated on the form. Contact us at info@imavision.com or call us at 514-333-7635 if you need assistance. Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling costs when you return a product.
All returns must be postmarked no later than 60 days after the order is placed.
Your invoice must accompany your returned item in order for us to accept the exchange.
