What is a Promo-Code? |

When we send out promotional offers we attribute a Promo-Code to each. Sometimes this code determines if you are eligible for a gift or a discount, at other times it may just be to track the source of an order. Your Promo-Code can be entered in the Shopping Basket on this web site.

How do I use coupons? |

Save up to $70 with the coupons included in Imavision Direct's 2004 catalog. A catalog (French only) is included with every Canadian order that we ship. Each coupon has a code that you can enter in the form on the payment page.

Our VHS and DVD titles are in NTSC format. Most of our DVDs are Zones 1-6. You can pay for your order by Visa or MasterCard.
Shipping charges depend on weight and the destination. Allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery with the Express Post International service.

Canadian Orders automatically include all applicable Federal and Provincial taxes. No duties are charged for shipments within Canada.
U.S. Orders will not be subject to taxes or duty.

Imavision Direct uses contact and financial information to process your orders and to send you the merchandise you have ordered, or to send you information you have requested regarding our special promotions. We also require this information in order to contact you if we have any questions on your order, or for the purpose of answering any of your questions. Your postal address will be used for deliveries, and for credit card approval. We use online surveys to learn more about topics and products of interest to our visitors.
We use information gathered from contests and surveys to improve our web site and for marketing purposes. If you complete and submit a form with your postal address, you will be added to our mailing list. If you indicated you wish to receive emails and you complete and submit a form with your email address, you will be added to our email list to receive occasional emails from us.
